- Dedicated point of contact from first call to handover
- Free initial consultation - no quote without a personal conversation

Builders at this level spend €30,000–€80,000 on a kitchen. Why?
Not because it cooks better. But because it looks different every morning, because guests notice it, because it suits the standard of the house. The decision is justified not by function but by daily experience.
A complete Loxone automation is in the same price range. The difference: it affects not one room but the entire house. Not for a few hours, but around the clock.
Premium kitchen
- Investment: 30,000–80,000 euros
- Affects: one room
- Used: 2–3 hours a day
- Impresses guests
Loxone automation
- Investment: comparable
- Affects: the entire house
- Active: 24 hours a day
- Impresses everyone who has been inside

How the house responds in everyday life
Anyone who has lived in a well-automated house does not want a rigid system after that. You quickly get used to the house thinking ahead.
Morning
You wake up. The floor is already warm. The light comes on slowly. The house knew that before you opened your eyes.
You leave.
One command: alarm armed, appliances off, everything secured. On return the house is ready again. You no longer think about it.
Night
The house drops to night mode. Orientation lighting active, everything else off. You sleep. It watches.
Who is this for?
Loxone in a new build is not for everyone. Those building a house of this quality usually have clear ideas about what belongs.
You have worked hard.
The house is the proof of that. It should feel that way: calm, controlled, at your level. Not as an exception, but as a matter of course.
Technology should work, not annoy.
You know what good software can do. Your house should not feel worse than your office. Everything via one app, everything reliable.
The house is also a capital investment.
What is well-built and well-equipped retains its value. Smart home is a buying criterion in the premium segment today, not a bonus.
What can go wrong
Planning started too late
If Loxone only comes in after the electrician, cables, flush-mount boxes and switch positions are missing. Re-chasing costs more than early planning.
No clear point of contact
Electrician, smart-home provider and site manager without coordination: costs time, money and nerves. In the end nobody is responsible.
No documentation after completion
Without a clean handover you no longer know after a year what is connected and how. Every change becomes a puzzle.
What happens when Loxone comes in too late
These are mistakes we see regularly. All of them were avoidable with early planning.
Missing cables
Flush-mount boxes, conduits and distribution panel capacity need to be chased in retrospectively. That costs money and shifts the schedule.
Wrong switch positions
Switches end up where the electrician placed them, not where they make sense for Loxone scenes.
Incompatible panel layout
Too little space for the Miniserver, incorrect protection. Retrofitting is barely possible without a surcharge.
Time pressure at commissioning
Loxone programming under time pressure ends in minimal scenes rather than a fully configured system.

What we set up for you

What we deliver to the electrician
No loose arrangements. The electrician gets concrete documents from us, in time before laying cables.
Heating & shading: save energy without effort
In summer, blinds close automatically before the room heats up. In winter they open in sunshine. Underfloor heating starts 30 minutes before waking. Geofencing ensures the property is at temperature on arrival.
