Does this sound familiar?
Smart home comes in too late
When Loxone is only addressed after the electrician, cable routes, panel space and switch boxes are missing. Rework at your expense.
Coordination falls back on you
Electrician, heating, shading and smart home without coordination. Someone has to sort it out — usually the architect.
Clients expect more than a few switches
The building is finished but the smart home only half works. The client is unhappy. The question lands with you.
How we work together
Design phase
We look at the drawings and develop a Loxone concept. Switch positions, cable routes and panel size are aligned with your planning from the start.
Trade coordination
We talk directly with the electrician, heating contractor and other trades. You don't need to mediate.
Installation on site
We are on site on time. Programming, commissioning and tests are completed in full.
Handover with documentation
The client gets a fully documented, working installation. You stay on schedule.
What we take over
From the first sketch to the user manual for the building owner.
Loxone concept from design phase
Switch positions, cable routes and panel size are coordinated with your planning from the outset.
Full programming
From light and shading to heating and alarm: everything configured and tested.
Coordination with all trades
We talk directly with the electrician, heating and shading contractors. You don't need to mediate.
Documentation for the building owner
Wiring diagram, configuration, user manual. Handover clean and complete.

How we work
No pitch. No pressure. If it's a good fit, we work together. If you'd like, let's meet for a coffee and see whether it makes sense.
We act as your subcontractor
No direct contact with the client without your consent. We work in the background if that's what you prefer.
Fixed price before we start
No open-ended hourly rate. You know what the Loxone part costs before work begins.
Early involvement is better
From the design phase we can really integrate the technology cleanly. But a lot is also possible later.
We keep deadlines
If you say handover is on Friday, the system is done on Friday.
